Legends practice at CNS Not an April Fool Days Joke

Legend cars showed up for practice on Friday afternoon with decent weather to take the track and get a few laps in. Eight cars were on hand to take advantage of the sunshine that presented a day of cool weather but nice enough to practice.

Drivers on hand Friday were:

#25 Adam Pechman
#48 Cody Dempster
#57 Adam Osborne
#71 Craig Coughlin
#77 Josiah King

Josiah King #77 had an equipment failure entering turn one and hit the wall pretty hard. They said that something happened in the from end and car headed to the wall. Hopefully the car can be repaired for opening night for the Legends.

Adam Osborne #57 a new driver this season from Fountain had electrical problems and worked on the car for to get it ready for CNS inspection. Jeremiah Witherwax who was in the pits came to their rescue and had them running later in the session. When I left they were going through track inspection.

Next Saturday April 9 will be the opening night of the season for the Legends and we hope that a good turnout will be on hand. Pits open at noon and practice starts at 2:00 PM. Races start at 5:30 PM during the month of April. For those of you who have not sent your license application in to INEX please do this right away. You need a license or proof of application to drive. These applications can be obtained on the RMLRA web page on the left side of the home page. RMLRA memberships can be found in the same area.
