Twenty-four Legends were on hand Saturday evening and Danny Medina continued his dominance in the Legend series. Your top five finishers were Ryan Jones, Scotty Scott, DJ Stewart and Adam Pechman. The number one car that finished second in the race was disqualified in tech after the race.

We have had several cars disqualified on different nights throughout the season. I was not in attendance on Saturday but am on my way home as I type this Newsletter in Amarillo, TX. Drivers spend time preparing your car and checking your specs.

While many drivers are picking select tracks to race at this season, there are several drivers who have not been on the track yet. Hope to see you soon and possibly this Saturday at I-25 Speedway. For those of you who have made a great effort and have raced in all the scheduled events.

I received a notice yesterday that former driver Ken Thomes of Arvada passed away this past week. Ken drove the number nineteen car about ten years ago.
