Kyle Clegg won his third straight feature Saturday evening at CNS as the RMLRA raced its third straight race at the speedway. Danny Medina, Scotty Scott, Wayne Barlock and Darrell L. Stewart tried to chase him down but Clegg dominated the feature leading every lap. After three races at the popular speedway the RMLRA will head out on the road as they say to race four races on the short tracks of I-25, Hwy 92 and Big Country before returning in September. The next two weekends are at I-25 with double club points for August 15. Racing at I-25 on August 22. The Legends than make a trip to Gering, Nebraska and Cheyenne, Wyoming. Friday August 28 at Gering, Nebraska will be a national qualifier and a double points race for the RMLRA.

If you are planning to race the National qualifier at Gering, Nebraska friday evening August 28 make sure you have your motel reservations in quickly. I talked with Super 8 Motel in Scottsbluff and they had a few rooms left. Make sure you mention the RMLRA and that you are racing at Hwy 92 Raceway Park. If you have to cancel there is no charge. Double points for the RMLRA next Saturday on the quarter mile track in Pueblo. Check out the club points on our web site if you have not done so lately. Some close races in the points chase.

As mentioned above August 28 at Gering will be a double points night for the RMLRA.
