Attention CNS drivers and race teams. On Friday March 21st we have added a FREE tech inspection from 1-6PM. This is a great opportunity to determine if your car is ready for the 2014 season. Also we are planning to open the track for hot laps and for $20 per car you can get some track time. Come on out and meet Doug Stallsworth who the new head of tech.

Saturday’s weather forecast currently isn’t looking good therefore the CNS staff will continue to monitor it and make a decision Friday regarding Saturday’s practice session. For anyone who would be traveling from a long distance, please check the Big West Racing web page or the CNS web page for the latest decisions on the track activities due to the weather.

Drivers please make sure you charge your transponder, and bring it with you to the track. The track usually will have their timing system turned on for your benefit. For new drivers please go to the CNS web page and check out the availability of buying or renting a transponder for your car.  The same system is used at Big Country and CNS. I-25 has a differant system. Highway 92 in Gering, Nebraska does not use the transponders.
