Watching Chris Eggleston move from Quarter Midget’s into Legends and become very successful and also the Late Model Division. He plans to run for Rookie of the Year at CNS and I-25 this season, and acquire as much seat time as possible. # 34 Chris Cooper of Frederick, Co, fourteen years old and attending Coal Ridge Middle School, and has been accepted into the International Baccalaureate program at Niwot High School for next fall. He has six years of racing experience in Quarter Midgets, many wins, a couple of track records and one championship. He decided to get into Legends racing because of the car count and the racing program. Their plans are to race at as many races as possible. He definitely will travel to Cheyenne, Gering and Pueblo. He also mentioned that he loves racing with lots of cars. Chris also suffered a racing injury when he was T-boned in a Quarter Midget race, rupturing his spleen.
