Happy New Year 2016 to everyone

Just arrived back in Colorado after spending the holidays in the warmer weather of south Texas. Just a reminder of the Awards Banquet this Saturday January 16, at the UNSER Karting and Events Center. If you have signed up to race be there at 5:30 PM.I hope that you have made your plans to attend this RMLRA function. Many drivers will be honored and someone will become the winner of the 1200 racing engine given to the winner at the drawing. This engine is given through the RMLRA sponsors of NO LIMIT LOGISTICS, LLC and HO MOTORSPORTS. I tried sending out my news release with my i-pad and I heard back from someone who said the message was not coming through to them. I believe today is the last day to let Katie know that you will be attending. So make a commitment and email her today. For those of you that are committed to attending, the RMLRA thanks you.

We should be receiving a temporary schedule soon and a date for the 2016 membership meeting and the business meeting that goes along with it. If you plan to race a Legend in 2016 please try to make plans to attend this meeting when the date is released. If you know of someone who has bought a car and needs a number, have them contact me.

Several of the cars that were on the RMLRA classified section have been sold during the off season to new drivers. And it has been mentioned that a couple of more cars may be sold soon. !

Latest update on new drivers. Adam Osborne has purchased the car of Tim Faatz from Windsor and will drive as a Young Lion with the #57. Adam Romero has purchased a car from Mike Gallegos and will drive as a Semi-Pro with the #10.

Another number has been requested, #91 and will be raced this season.
