Rocky Mountain Legends Racing Association News Updates Feb. 17.2012

Not a lot of information to pass along but after the good turn out at the meeting, there is always something to talk about. There has been several cars bought and sold in the area this off season and it is always good to see new drivers taking an inerest in the Legend racing here along the Front Range in Colorado and Wyoming. Several cars are listed on the RMLRA.org web page and you might have a friend looking for a car.

Please pass along the following cars that are advertised on our web page. The number seventy-eight car driven by Brittany Duncan and prepared by Alan and Dee Duncan have a very good race car for sale. The picture and information can be seen on our web page. The #20 car of Randy Avolio is sitting in Scottsbluff, Nebraska and Randy is asking $6000.00 for the car. It has a new rebuilt head by Ron Hough.  I just received an email Friday with that information. Reuben Barella has a car in Pueblo up for sale. I have not seen the last two cars lately and they did not race in 2011. I am not a car salesman, so take a look at them and then make a decision or tell your friends or an interested buyer about them.

Rick Rusk has sold the #96 car to Jereme Wall of Commerce City in case you have not heard. This driver has driven figure eight cars at CNS and I-25.

The #4 car of Jon Kast has been sold to Richard Racing in Peyton/Colorado Springs.  Josh Richard will drive this car.

Have you applied for your INEX license yet? Remember that it does take a few weeks to process before it reaches your hands. Applications can be down loaded on the USLEGENDS web page. If you are having title problems contact 600 Racing to have your questions answered. In the last Newsletter I mentioned titles and INEX license.

You need to have a copy of your title with you at the track. Make a copy that you can show the INEX official if he wants to see it. The INEX license is also a necessity, so keep it handy. I have a phone number for INEX if you need to ask some questions to clarify this subject.

If you are interested in a set up class please contact John Ulander at vulander@comcast.net

Please do this ASAP as time is running short to set this class up.
