Upcoming Racing Dates as season end nears.

Correction from September 6 Newsletter/Challenge Cup is a RMLRA points race

National qualifier this weekend at I-25 Speedway

You may not have plans to travel to South Carolina next month for the Asphalt Championships but the opportunity to win a starting spot in the race could be acquired at this race in Pueblo. For several of you who have been in attendance every week trying to win the RMLRA championship or to be recognized in the race for National points. Thanks for the support of the Legend Racing in and around Colorado.

Last two day weekend of racing in Gering & Cheyenne, September 18-19

As the season comes to a close these short tracks are available to race. We had a fair turnout of cars at Gering a couple of weeks ago but could have had a couple of more cars at the track to race. I know that school has started and friday evenings are not a good time to travel and race for our younger drivers. If you want to get a few races in back to back this will be the last two day weekend to go racing on back to back nights.

It would be nice to see a good field of cars racing friday in Gering and traveling to Big Country Speedway on saturday where Big Country Speedway is holding a Legends Appreciation night. As of September 7, the September 19 date has two races scheduled. It is your choice as where to race, so don’t leave your car in the garage and not race.

Two racing dates left at CNS for 2015 season

The last two racing dates at CNS are September 26 and October 3. We have supported the track very well this season and there is need to make a strong finish at these last two races. Car count is important for negotiating races and pay offs for next season. For those of you that their cars have been idle most of the season, try to show up for these races. The Challenge Cup was not listed as a RMLRA points race but has been changed, and will now be part of the RMLRA points race.
