RMLRA General Meeting

Election of officers for the 2011 season will be held at this time. Several of last years officers are stepping down and new faces are needed. If the RMLRA continues, we need good leadership. If you want to help with the club this season please attend and make it known that you are interested in holding a position with the RMLRA. I would suggest that if you are interested in holding a position with the club that you might be able to attend most of the races. We can always use help with an official on race night.

Banquet

Please make out your forms and send them in when you can. Forms to fill out can be seen on the RMLRA web page. They are available on our web page now.

Sorry to see a couple of young drivers leaving the series. A couple of these are headed off to college and a few dropping out and taking some time off. Please contact Scotty to list your cars or parts for the RMLRA classifieds on the RMLRA.com web site.  scottl@lariatsp.com

We have had a few cars change ownership since the end of last season. More information on that later.

Yesterday I sent out the forms for the banquet and the notice for the banquet. Be sure to look at both of those notices as many of you drivers will be receiving a point’s fund check for this past season. Most of the drivers have a free banquet coming to you. Be sure to fill out the form and mail it to Kyle McCartney for the banquet confirmation.

TIRES

Just a reminder for those of you that did not race last season, the Federal tires will be used this up coming season. The old BF Goodrich tires can be used to practice on until the season starts.
