Driver and car owners, we have been trying to get your picture and profile on our web page. Won’t you please take the time to take a picture of you and your car, add a profile of you and mail it to Scotty at our RMLRA web page.  We would like to show the visitors to our web page you and your car.

This Saturday night we will be back racing at Colorado National Speedway. After the July 17th race Wayne Barlock has moved into first place for the track championship. With a small lead of one point over Darrell Stewart it could be reversed by the end of the race on Saturday night.

Upcoming races for the next two following weekends have legends racing at PPIR on Friday August 6th and then on August 7th the action travels down the highway to I-25 Speedway. Needless to say we are looking for a few more cars to show up and race.

August 14th Legend racing is scheduled for Hwy 92 in Gering, Nebraska and then on to Cheyenne, Wyoming for Saturday nights racing action. We have two local cars in the Gering area waiting for us to show up so they can race their cars.

Labor Day weekend will be the Rocky Mountain Classic. Three days of racing are scheduled at Hwy 92, CNS and Big Country Speedway.

Just another bit of information to pass along. The INEX license is $150.00 for the season for those of you who have not sent in your application. If you are in that group of not having a license in your possession, think about this. You want to race your car and see where you stand of becoming a Legend driver and the cost may be too high. Larry Lambert our Tech official has passed along this information to me.  A driver may opt to race one night for a fee of $50.00. You can only do this once during the season. If you would like to try this get in touch with me and I will see that you can show up and try out the car. I-25 and PPIR will be looking for cars to help with the race program for next weekend.

Listed below is an announcement from PPIR. Here is an opportunity for those of you who have not had your car on the track this summer. This article was posted on Big West Racing
