There is not much going
on right now as we are in the quiet months and for all of you it is a time to
attend banquets, rebuild your car or just sit back and enjoy life if it has
been good to you. No information has come out on the RMLRA banquet as of today.
In a previous Newsletter, I mentioned Ron Huff of HO Motorsports in Boulder has
asked those of you who may need rebuilds for next season to get in touch with
him.
2011 INEX memberships are
now available for $125.00 (normally $150.00) if purchased by January 1, 2011.
Here is the opportunity to save your self $25.00. The new forms can be copied
from the 600 racing web page or the US Legends web page. They should be listed
at www.USLegends.com.
Local membership fees for
the RMLRA will be released at our next meeting and we hope that everyone will
join the membership for 2011. A membership for your car will hold your number
for the upcoming season and that will guarantee your number until next season
when the memberships come due. Your number is yours as long as you join the
membership and race the car one time
during the season. For all of you new members this fee usually pays for
your banquet ticket plus receiving a check for the point’s championship.
Several of the drivers are
racing remote cars at the indoor track in Northglenn at the RC Sprint Car
Speedway, located at 10750 Irma DR. Unit #14. These races are usually run on
Saturday nights but with the CNS Banquet this Saturday opening night will be
Sunday, November 20th. Go to Big west Racing.com and look for the
active messages on this track.
