Fourteen cars were at Colorado National Speedway on Saturday. Thirteen of the cars were on the track for practice. Bruce Pearson showed up late in the afternoon with his car #33 to be looked at by RMLRA officials. His high school wrestling season as a coach is over and plans to get his crew involved in getting the car ready to put on the track. Cars at the track yesterday were #13 Peter Dellarco, #16 Travis Roe, #17 BreAnn Adkinson, #19 Larry Pachello, #20 Kynzer Riddell, #21 Ryan Jones, #23 Austyn Radosta, #25 Adam Pechman, #30 Darrell J. Stewart, #33 Bruce Pearson, #46 Zachary Witherwax, #77 Josiah King #83 Don Bedore with his sedan, #03 Darrell L. Stewart. Hot lap practice ended at 5:00 PM and the CNS free BBQ was on to the delight of those who attended. For those of you who have not been on the track at CNS for inspection, you may be able to get out to practice and have your car inspected on Friday evenings. Please read the information about Friday night practice on the CNS web site.It says that there is practice this Friday 3PM till dark. INEX License You now have less than two weeks to obtain your license before the season starts. If you have not received your license contact me because I have a copy of those that have been issued. Twenty nine for Colorado and three for Wyoming. If you were late sending in your application, you should make a copy of your check and paper work to present to the INEX officials at the first race. General Track rules at CNS To all driver and car owners. Now is the time for you to go to the CNS web site and read the rules that effect you while racing on their track. Several times during the season a driver may jump the start of the race or pass to soon. The track will come to me and tell me the car number, and at the end of the race you will be dropped two positions unless you make a corrected position change. If the caution flag comes out and you hear me, I will tell you what is going on, and ask you to move back two positions. |
