Not a lot of information to pass along as 2016 comes to an end. Looking forward to an announcement from the RMLRA as to when we might have a 2017 membership meeting and talk about plans for the upcoming season. A date is usually set for this meeting after a tentative schedule has been set. National INEX memberships are
available to be purchased at a thirty dollar discount before February 1, 2017. RMLRA memberships will be available at the membership meeting or through a news release in the Newsletter.

If you have not visited the USLCI web site lately you will see some information on special events for 2017. One of those it appears is the 2017 Asphalt Nationals will be held in Las Vegas. The RMLRA always has a good turnout of drivers competing for the championships that are available for the major divisions of Legends race cars. Also listed are racing dates at Las Vegas and Dallas during the spring. Check out the available information and possibly be a participant at some of these events.

Highway 92 Raceway Park has built a new web site for the 2017 season and it is up and running. Check it out. It contains a lot of information and is probably still looking for more information to use. This web site was created and is being maintained by Scotty Scotts’ “The Lariat Software Professionals” If you look at the tentative racing dates you will notice that the track is switching to Saturday night racing for the 2017 racing
